Life is wonderful! There’s so much to be thankful for.  So why is a dark cloud looming to spoil this illusion? We live in a democracy, don’t we?  We are all free to make our own choices, aren’t we?  So why is this feeling growing that something just isn’t quite right in our world?  Why is it that our freedom is steadily being eroded?

As human beings we experience a range of emotions throughout life’s journey.  They colour and indeed help to create, our own realities. They cause us to react to situations in different ways.  They make each of us unique.

Out of all these emotions, ‘betrayal’ is possibly the hardest one to overcome.  We all have a need to feel safe but how is that possible without ‘trust’?

From the moment we can talk, most people are taught the importance of telling the truth and expect others to do the same.  If not, there are possible dire consequences.

It appears that ‘betrayal’ surrounds us all.  Look at our leaders.  It goes much deeper than the MPs and their expenses.

The history of our British Constitution starts with Alfred the Great.  He collected all the best laws from all his kingdoms and published them as the ‘King’s Law’.  He even made it clear to the Pope that he was not answerable to him – only to the people of Britain.

Later came the Declaration of Rights accepted by William of Orange and this became the ‘Bill of Rights’ in 1689, reinforcing Alfred’s Law.

Very simply, it states that as long as we don’t harm, cause loss to, or defraud anyone, we are upholding the law.  We are free human beings and our land cannot be governed by any other country unless we have to submit through losing a war.  These are maxims which cannot be altered by anyone.  So why have we gone into Europe?

Once elected, each MP swears allegiance to Her Majesty and is required by Common Law and by the evidence of their sworn oath, to maintain the format of Government, in accordance with the terms of the Coronation Oath.  This is an Oath taken by the Queen, to regulate the Government according to the laws and customs of the people, entrenched in the Common Law of this land.

Any minister who breaks this oath should not be in Parliament, by his own actions and the evidence of his non-legitimacy, as in the ‘Bill of Rights’.  We elect them into office to govern – not into power to rule.

Ted Heath and his government betrayed us.  Now we are just be a region of the European Union without our Constitutional Rights.

Again we were betrayed by Tony Blair when we became embroiled in war with Iraq and Afghanistan.

Our taxes have killed 1.8 million Afghans and Iraqis, of whom 500,000 were children.  We have injured and maimed 4 million and driven 8 million into exile and destitution.  95% of those killed were CIVILIANS.  Our leaders are not upholding the laws of war.  £12,000 per British tax payer is being spent on war.  Paying tax is unlawful if it is used for aggressive war, genocide, or crimes against humanity.  We are obeying orders but disobeying the law.

It is believed that our British Justice System is the best in the world, something to be proud of.  Oh dear!  Justice?  One dictionary definition is ‘to treat fairly’.

Is it fair to rip apart 35,000 families a year in secret courts?  Is it fair to totally disregard the wishes of the children?  Is it fair for judges, solicitors and social workers to blatantly lie about a person, without any proof to back it up?  I think not!  In a criminal court there must be evidence, not just ‘hearsay’ – but this is not the case behind the closed doors of the secret family courts.

Even worse, it is becoming increasingly obvious that our corrupt judicial system is involved in despicable crimes against our children.  Who can we trust to help expose them?  Families are gagged as soon as the case is closed.  The brave ones who have told their stories have been sent to jail – even grand parents.  The media is severely limited in the news they are allowed to report.  Journalists who have over-stepped the mark are soon side-lined out of a job.  The police seem to be well down the hierarchy of power where the judicial system is concerned.

It’s up to us to educate ourselves.  The freedom of information is available – at the moment.  There are some suggestions of possible websites to research, at the end of this article. Each one will no doubt lead you to other links, according to your interest.

‘Good’ will triumph over ‘evil’ and fortunately there are many more good, caring people in this world, than there are bad.  We, the people, need to find those in positions of authority and seek their help.  We need to join together and stand up for the truth.  If each of us is prepared to open our eyes and ears so that we can raise our awareness of the truth, then we have the free choice to act accordingly.    It is up to each of us to wake up and play our part, using whatever skills we have.  There are things we can peacefully do.  Are we going to defend our liberty, or lose it?  It’s our choice.
