I have been put through the proverbial wringer by one of the largest Law firms in Scotland (Brodies LLP of Atholl Crescent, Edinburgh) over the last fifteen years. Brodies are out and out Crooks and Fraudsters who ruined my family. One of their main tools in this despicable fraud was by what I call “Will Fraud”.

Since I founded Scotland Against Crooked Lawyers in the year 2000 I/we have received many piteous cries for help from families in connection with Will Fraud. These families had, at last, tumbled to the fact that “their” (what a sick joke) lawyers were not working in their interests at all but were defrauding the Estate of their deceased loved one as hard as they could go; Parent, Brother, Sister or whoever else.

I help people to keep their Wills very clear, concise and to the point and written in plain English with no legal mumbo jumbo, foreign words which most people do not understand, and ambiguities in them. Having agreed the content of their Wills with the people I type them up for them, get them signed and then register the Originals of these Wills with the Registers of Scotland and then obtain Certified Extract copies of the Originals for the Will makers themselves. This whole process leaves lawyers out of the the equation altogether.

Lawyers never advise people to register their Wills. They prefer keep them the Wills of their clients (future victims more like it!) in what they euphemistically call their “strong rooms” for future “control” purposes such as “losing” or simply destroying them, inter-alia, thereby causing Intestacies and getting themselves appointed the Executors of such Estates (called Judicial Factors) and then helping themselves to the Estate of the deceased by means of misleading the families/beneficiaries of the Deceased and charging them huge and wholly fraudulent “fees” for doing so, and sometimes bankrupting their Estates altogether thereby leaving the beneficiaries of the Deceased family member liable to huge debts, payable to the lawyers for their “fees”,of course! Or if they have not “lost” or destroyed the Wills they simply mislead the beneficiaries, provoke disputes between them and the like and run up huge charges against the Estate of the Deceased. Very neat as far as the crooked lawyers are concerned, but a very, very filthy thing to do as far as anyone else is concerned. And do not think for a minute that the Law Society of Scotland or the Courts will save you. They won’t! They will side with your “family” (what a sick joke) lawyers everytime and pervert the course of Justice further by “finding” costs against you and your fellow beneficiaries which could well bankrupt and bankrupt you all as well.

I have plenty of such examples of Will Fraud being practised by crooked lawyers on their unsuspecting Clients.

That is what made me commence assisting people with their Wills. I know exactly how to make it impossible for lawyers to become involved in any part of the Will making and Execution process. It also gives me great pleasure to take this “business” away from lawyers, — not to mention the satisfaction I feel that the families of people I have helped with their Wills are far less likely to fall victim to crooked lawyers in the future.

The most common mistake people make is: “I must make a Will but have no time now. I’ll do it next week”. Next week comes and he/she tell themselves the same thing happens again (ie “I’ll do it next week”). This goes on week after week, month after month, year after year until one day the unthinkable happens and he/she expires, for whatever reason. His/her estate is then up for grabs, the lawyers will take control and make the very most of it as outlined above, leaving his/her families in the most dreadful mental and financial state.

Be warned therefore make your Will NOW. Do not postpone it as the Grim Reaper (like crooked lawyers!) is always on the lookout for the unwary, vulnerable and plain idiotic and so on. If I were forced to choose between the Grim Reaper or a Crooked Lawyer I would chose the Grim Reaper every time! At least you know where you stand with the Grim Reaper right from the start and he is only doing the job he was designed for! The same cannot be said of the Crooked Lawyer.

Made up of people from all walks of society, we have all, at one time or another, been victims of deep-rooted corruption in the legal profession.

Although all our cases are dissimilar, a vicious underlying theme pervades throughout, and that theme is the complete lack of redress from a self-regulated, hence corrupt, legal profession that has denied us any justice. Its legal mechanics have picked our pockets and then laughed in our faces for the privilege. It was these harrowing circumstances that united us in common purpose.

There is a similar pattern with many of them that illustrates a ready-made plan of action, or defence, by crooked lawyers to pre-empt exoneration for their crimes – with no little help from their fellow conspirators in the Law Society, the Faculty of Advocates, the Crown Office and the judiciary.

Having been forced into the corridors of depravity in our civil courts over prolonged periods, we soon learned the sad truth about the crooked operatives in the legal profession and their deceitful, fraudulent habits. A typical example of how they operate is in divorce cases. Never has the Italian proverb “A bad agreement is better than a good lawyer” been more pertinent. If one of the litigants does not conspire with one or both of the lawyers to deprive the ex-partner of his/her just deserts, the two lawyers will customarily prolong the case until such times as all the spoils are in the hands of the lawyers through their legal fees. The litigants end up with little or nothing for their rancorous squabbles when they could more properly have settled for a “bad agreement” at the outset, leaving them both better off.

And it is not just solicitors who are corrupt. They cannot operate in a vacuum. Their criminality must be rubber-stamped by the “beaks”. It is the whole system that is corrupt, from the top, down!

SACL campaigns to alter that. The responsibility ultimately lies at the doorstep of the Scottish government. To date, they have not had the spine to stand up to the judiciary and the wider legal profession. They allow lawyer MSPs to control all the arguments in Parliament for the benefit of the legal profession as a whole. Their would-be party allegiance takes a back seat. They also totally disregard their constituents who deserve an ethical, efficient, well-organised, trustworthy, and accountable legal system.

Accountability lies at the heart of everything. Self-regulation = unaccountability = deep-rooted corruption; nothing less!

This is why we campaign on the first Wednesday of every month at 12-noon outside the Scottish Parliament. Our efforts are aimed towards, inter alia, ending self-regulation of the Law Society of Scotland and removing the privilege they abuse when presiding over complaints made by aggrieved members of the public against the very lawyers the Law Society licenses to give audience in court in the first place.

Self-regulation MUST end because it is a most unscrupulous, dictatorial system, concocted by lawyers, for lawyers, to cover-up their routine abandonment of duty.

The more people who join us in our fight improves our chances of effecting change. It may or may not be too late to reverse our own individual situations, but having had the misfortune to experience the law according to the many “respected” legal vultures in the extended legal system, we feel we have a duty to ensure that unwitting, trusting people do not fall foul in the future to the vagaries of the low-life maggots who operate “criminally” in the civil courts.

We are not anarchists, but law-abiding citizens who strive, by necessity, to embarrass the powers-that-be to take responsibility for the mess our legal system is in. We hope you can join us at some of ourdemos.

Many prominent scientists and authors have on various occasions stated that in the future, the common people would be manipulated through chemicals in their food, water and injections, to suit the needs of the people that govern them.

In his 1931 book, the Scientific Outlook, Bertrand Russell wrote:

“Perhaps by means of injections and drugs and chemicals the population could be induced to bear whatever its scientific masters may decide to be for its good.”

One of the most famous examples of the idea of biochemical manipulation of the underclass was raised in Brave New World by Aldous Huxley in 1932. In Brave New World, the lower classes are exposed to a variety of chemicals before they are “born” that reduce their intelligence and adult height, and prepare them for the role they will fullfil when they grow up. Alcohol is used, lower castes receive less oxygen, and they are exposed to x-rays. The lower castes are also exposed to certain hormones to make them infertile. 70% of women are exposed in the womb to male hormones, and turned into so called “freemartins”, sterilized women who exhibit masculine behavior.

Bertrand Russel wrote in 1952 in “the impact of science on Society”, that:

Diet, injections, and injunctions will combine, from a very early age, to produce the sort of character and the sort of beliefs that the authorities consider desirable, and any serious criticism of the powers that be will become psychologically impossible.

Charles Galton Darwin, grandson of Charles Darwin, wrote in his 1952 book,
‘The Next Million Years’ that:

Looking a little deeper there is the possibility of substantially altering the intellectual and moral natures of individuals by some sort of hormonal injections; already great effects have been produced on animals.

John Holdren, who currently works for the Obama administration as his adviser on science, wrote in 1977:

Adding a sterilant to drinking water or staple foodsis a suggestion that seems to horrify people more than most proposals for involuntary fertility control. Indeed, this would pose some very difficult political, legal, and social questions, to say nothing of the technical problems. No such sterilant exists today, nor does one appear to be under development. To be acceptable, such a substance would have to meet some rather stiff requirements: it must be uniformly effective, despite widely varying doses received by individuals, and despite varying degrees of fertility and sensitivity among individuals; it must be free of dangerous or unpleasant side effects; and it must have no effect on members of the opposite sex, children, old people, pets, or livestock.

All of these ideas may sound terrible, but Bertrand Russel himself explained that: “Really high-minded people are indifferent to happiness, especially other people’s.”

This article will discuss the various artificially induced disease states that are becoming more common every day, the methods by which they are induced, and the reasons behind this.

Masculinization and sterilization of women.

Many products used today contain Bisphenol A, a chemical first synthesized in 1891. It was discovered to have hormonal effects on the human body in 1938. Because of this, in the 1930′s it was used as a synthetic estrogen. Later, after it’s effects were known, in the 1950s it began to be used in the production of Polycarbonate, a plastic now used in many food products. There are hundreds of types of plastic, many of them having no effect on the endocrine system, but the industry insists on using Bisphenol A.

The effects on women are well known. Scientists have discovered that women who have had three or more consecutive miscarriages had 3 times higher levels of Bisphenol A in their blood than women who had successfully given birth. Studies in rats have also shown that at levels that humans are exposed to Bisphenol Amasculinizes the brain of females, which resulted in the female mice exhibiting behavior typical of male mice.

A growing epidemic in predominantly the Western world is Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. Polycystic ovary syndrome is a syndrome that is characterized by women receiving an abundance of male hormones, and symptoms include infertility, excessive body hair, loss of hair on the head, obesity, and deepening of the voice. Estimates of how common this problem is vary from anywhere between 2 and 20 percent of women worldwide, but what is clear is that the problem is caused by Bisphenol A. Studies have shown that levels of Bisphenol A are significantly higher in women with PCOS.

The masculinization and sterilization of women in the womb as described in Brave New World could thus effectively be carried out using Bisphenol A.

Polycarbonate, the plastic that leaches Bisphenol A, was developed in Germany and the United States at the same time, in 1955, by Bayer in Germany and General Electric in the United States respectively.

The history of Bayer is interesting. Bayer was the result of the break up of IG Farben in 1951.
IG Farben was the company that manufactured the Zyklon B that Nazi Germany used in the gas chambers during the Holocaust.
Of course, many people who had worked for IG Farben while it produced Zyklon B continued to work for Bayer after the break up of IG Farben.
Fritz Ter Meer for example, was a board member of IG Farben since 1925. During the Second World War he was responsible for the construction of the IG Farben factory in Auschwitz, in which around 30 000 slave labourers went to their deaths. In July 1948 at the Nuremberg IG Farben trial ter Meer was sentenced to seven years in prison for enslavement and looting.
After his release in 1952 he immediatly began working for Bayer again, and in 1955 he became a boardmember of Bayer, and a year later he became chairman of the board.

The question how anyone could thus knowingly sell products that contain dangerous synthetic estrogen that can sterilize people and have various other negative health effects is thus easily answered: The same people who started producing this product produced the Zyklon B that Nazi Germany used in the Holocaust.

The question of how Bayer and General Electric could come up with this product at the same time and make a deal to sell it can be explained using Anthony Sutton’s book, Wall Street and the Rise of Hitler. Like I. G Farben, General Electric was instrumental in funding Nazi Germany.

International General Electric was the largest shareholder (30%) of German General Electric (A. E. G.), the company that funded Hitler in the early days of his rise to power. Several of A. E. G.’s Directors were also on the board of I. G. Farben. I.G. Farben and International General Electric also had the same shareholders. The Warburg Manhattan bank, and the Rockefeller Chase Bank had a large interest in General Electric. The Rockefeller Family also had a controlling interest (25%) In Standard Oil, which worked together with I G Farben as well according to Sutton.

I. G. Farben was owned and controlled by Warburg family members as well. Max Warburg was a member of the board from it’s inception in 1925 until 1938. His brother, Paul Warburg, was a board member of the American I. G. Farben, which was controlled by the German I. G. Farben.
Sutton proves that the Electric Industry was turning into a trust, and specifically mentions that the companies were no longer competing for patents. It should be no surprise that a decade later Bayer and General Electric together brought this toxic plastic on the market that is now used to package our food and drinks.

It’s important to note that Bayer later ran into trouble when the company knowingly sold and continued producing blood products contaminated with HIV, while it had a safe alternative available.

Because a ban on Bisphenol A is now becoming likely, the Coca Cola company panicked, and leaked internal memo’s that show the company planned a propaganda campaign that would include using a “pregnant young mother who would be willing to speak around the country about the benefits of BPA” as their ‘holy grail’ spokesperson. According to the Environmental Working Group, this campaign would be specifically targetted at the poor and ethnic minorities.

The Sterilization and Feminization of Men.

The global decline in fertility in men has been well documented. John Holdren mentioned that chemicals added to the water supply could be used to sterilize people, and indeed, chemicals are added to the water that reduce fertility. One of these chemicals is Fluoride. As I pointed out before, Sodium Fluoride reduces men’s sperm count, and communities with higher levels of Fluoride in the water have a lower birth rate than communities with lower levels of Fluoride.
Sperm counts worldwide have fallen by about 50% per ml (for sources, see) in 50 years.
Various chemicals are found in the water that act as endocrine disruptors, widely held responsible for the increasing number of problems found in men. However, these chemicals could be easily filtered out of the water, but this is not done, due to the false threat of global warming.
As I mentioned before, Soy also sterilizes men, and changes their brain:

A study done with rats showed that even moderate amounts of soy caused these animals to spend less time in social interaction with other rats. Another study down in adult male monkeys fed phyto-estrogens showed changes in their behavior as well. Time spend together with other monkeys was halved. Furthermore, the monkeys showed a threefold increase in submissive behavior.

Reduction of IQ, and inducement of learning disabilities in children.

As should be known by most people by now, Fluoride in the water has been shown in multiple studies to reduce the IQ of children. Other methods are used to bring about the same effect.
A study showed for example, that boys who received all three hepatitis B vaccines have a 9 times higher risk of developmental disability than boys who receives no hepatitis B vaccine. Another study found that receiving a single vaccine containing Thimerosal increased the risk of autism and ADHD. Another study by Verstraeten found that the risk of autism and ADHD increased significantly in children that received vaccines. Unfortunately, his supervisors wanted to see a different result, and thus he changed the outcome by excluding a large number of children. The initial outcome of the study can be found here. Russel’s prediction, that injection’s would be used to manipulate the behavior of people was correct.

Cancer.

Multiple viruses that cause cancer are found in our vaccines. The first of these viruses was created with funding of the Rockefeller family. Many people ask themselves how such a thing can happen. The answer is that we should be surprised if these vaccines were not a method to harm people. The same people in charge of the pharmaceutical companies headed America’s biological warfare program. On a government website we find the following:

From the moment of its birth in the highest levels of government, the fledgling biological warfare effort was kept to an inner circle of knowledgeable persons. George W. Merck was a key member of the panel advising President Franklin D. Roosevelt and was charged with putting such an effort together. Merck owned the pharmaceutical firm that still bears his name.

Depression.

Depression is becoming more common throughout the Western world. Depression is caused by brain inflammation, because brain inflammation depletes the body of serotonin. This brain inflammation is the result of vaccines. A good explanation can be found here. It goes without saying that the same companies that produce the vaccines are the ones that sell the anti-depressants. Anti-Depressants are now the most sold drugs in the United States, and adult use of antidepressants almost tripled between the periods 1988-1994 and 1999-2000. The most popular anti-depressant is Prozac, an SSRI patented by Eli Lilly. Eli Lilly also has the patent on Thimerosal, the mercury compound that is added to vaccines and involved in causing autism. In the United States, 37% of autistic children are given SSRI’s like Prozac.
It’s easy to make a profit when you sell products that treat the symptoms caused by the products you sell.

In the October 2009 print edition of the UK Column, we reported in our article “BBC Hides Truth of Girl’s Sexual Abuse Ordeal” the shocking ordeal of Downs Syndrome girl, Hollie Greig, who was horribly abused by an Aberdeen paedophile ring, over a period of ten years. After investigating and planning a documentary, the BBC abruptly dropped the case, despite admitting that Hollie was a reliable and accurate witness. It is important to stress that both the police and qualified medical experts have described Hollie as a competent and entirely honest witness.

From the age of just six, Hollie was repeatedly sexually abused by her father, Denis Charles Mackie. Later, Mackie began sharing his daughter with a gang of paedophile “swingers” that has been operating in Aberdeen for many years. The identities of a further seven child victims are already known. There is no question that the gang are well-connected, efficiently organised and totally ruthless. Our frightening story is that they are protected by individuals of “high standing” within the Scottish establishment.

In 2000, after 14 years of terrified silence, Hollie eventually told her mother, Anne, about the abuses. Formal statements were made to Grampian Police, providing all the horrifying details and the names of the abusers. They included a senior Scottish Sheriff, a policeman, social workers, a nurse, a solicitor, an accountant, a fire officer, married couples and others. Some of the rapes were carried out at the homes of these individuals, including that of the Sheriff’s sister. Other children were sometimes involved, including children of the paedophiles themselves.

The latest chapters in this astonishing and horrifying story about Hollie, and the seven other abused children, have taken place over the past few weeks. The key issues are a continued refusal by Grampian police to fully investigate the overwhelming evidence for the paedophile rapes, and a wall of silence by the Scottish establishment.

Whilst there has been some general Scottish media coverage, notably in The Firm and the Aberdeen Press and Journal, the media has been largely silent on what must be one of Scotlands worst top level paedophile scandles. A key figure in the press silence is the Lord Advocate, in her former role as Procurator Fiscal in Aberdeen, when in 2000 she is alleged to have effectively buried the case. Was this to prevent her associate and most influential member of the paedophile ring, Sheriff X, from being investigated, along with the other named members of the fifteen-strong rape gang?

Elish Angiolini, the Scottish Lord Advocate, is in charge of all criminal prosecutions. She is alleged to have reacted immediately to public calls for a full police investigation, by pressurising against publication. Subsequently, and under considerable duress, The Firm published an apology. Shortly afterwards the Press and Journal ran a story accurately describing the case, mentioning a sheriff and police officer without identifying them. Angiolini was not discussed in the article.

Mrs Angiolini`s role in the case recently aroused further suspicion, when it was claimed that she had used a private law firm, Levy and McRae, to issue warnings against all major Scottish editors, threatening them with legal action if any mention was made of her involvement in the case. Suspicious and angry, many individuals directly working to obtain justice for Hollie, as well as a growing number of the general public, now consider that key establishment figures, many with direct responsibility for criminal investigations and justice, have made a concerted and continuous effort to conceal the facts from the people of Scotland. Despite the pressure, investigators and campaigners for Hollie continue to stress that they hold documentary proof of the Lord Advocate’s actions, as well as proof that she has repeatedly failed to tell the whole truth about her connections with the Hollie abuse case for whatever reason.
The senior partner in the Law Firm, Peter Watson, who is also head of litigation, is understood to have refused to comment as to whether the firm’s fees have been billed to Mrs Angiolini personally, or if they are being paid by the Scottish taxpayer.

Mrs Angiolini’s office decided in December 2009 that they would not pursue the case due to “insufficient evidence.” Corroborating evidence by private investigators and researchers indicates that other than Hollie, not one of the twenty-four named abusers and victims has even been questioned by Grampian Police.

This follows the pattern of 2000, when the crimes and perpetrators were first reported. At that time, the police later admitted that only one of the gang, Hollie`s father, had even been interviewed.

The UK Column is aware that investigators have just received from the Crown Office, after years of rebuttals, the Post Mortem report of Robert David Greig, brother of Hollie`s mother Anne. Robert died mysteriously in an alleged car fire in 1997. Despite extreme inconsistencies in witness statements and circumstances, no inquest took place and the cause of death was officially due to smoke inhalation.

The Post Mortem stated that Robert has suffered considerable damage to his skull, two broken ribs and a broken sternum. Informal professional medical opinion so far is of the view that Robert had been severely beaten, had alcohol forced down his throat and then thrown into the burning vehicle.

Although this was not known at the time, Hollie, in 2001, told her mother that just prior to his unexplained death, Robert had caught Hollie`s father sexually abusing her.

The campaign for justice for Hollie, and other vulnerable victims of paedophiles in England and South Wales, not only goes on, but has intensified as outraged members of the public have flooded Aberdeen with leaflets naming all current members of the gang, including the head of a special school. All Aberdeen Councillors and MPs have also been alerted, but with little effect. There appears to be a conspiracy of establishment silence where the abuse of Hollie is concerned. Many people in Aberdeen are asking just who possesses the courage and decency to stand up against these staggering and shocking crimes against most vulnerable members of society? Certainly not their elected national and local representatives.

UK Column volunteers continue to be shocked by the quantity and quality of evidence reaching them on the subject of paedophile and sexual abuse against young and vulnerable children in care and otherwise. The common theme is that victims and their supporters are unable to get any real support from Members of Parliament, Local Councillors, the Judiciary, Police and other ‘officials’. Many describe the creation of a wall of silence, often accompanied by targetted intimidation against the victims.

Recently a policeman personally told the UK Column that police had themselves experienced their own paedopile investigations suddenly being dropped by senior police officers. He added “If you want to really get to the paedophiles you should look at Westminster”. The implications of this statement are frightening – a paedophile ring amongst our political leaders – the political elite which has control of education and Social Services? The general public needs to open its eyes and confront this evil – and fast.
